Sal, Slate is not that independent. Do you really think Chairman Bill would let Kinsey publish Nader without also publishing a response? Check out Kinsey's rebuttal at slate.com BTW, content aside, Kinsey needs to be a little more rigorous editorially on the Nader piece you link to. Any article as full of "Click here for" links as that one needs at least one more stylistic go-over. Or maybe this bad writing is just part of Chairman Bill's plot to discredit the opposition.;)
