That is standard for these small companies. In almost every 10K/10Q filing. Basically if you loose all your customers and contracts you are out of business. It's basically a CYA statement ....You'll find that statement in most every PK or BB stock out there .....Very few have millions of dollars in the bank .....If they did the stock price would not be .06 ..The real question for these little companies is can they grow and are they profitable .....CYIOS is Good on both counts in both Q1 and Q2 ....
