The continuing problem with Dr. Emanuel's 'evolved' position is the the exception still exists, and is open to its own 'evolution' from 'a few cases' to as many as needed to keep costs within whatever budget will have been deemed acceptable. I hope Palin keeps up the pressure, as the whole Obamacare approach to health care/insurance reform needs to fail if America is to remain the leader in the advancement of the practice of the medical arts (and so that Americans can retain some semblance of the freedoms that have made the country and its people so great.)

"...absolutely no reason to even consider rationing except in a few cases."

Palin target renounces care rationing
Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel says views 'evolved' over time

Seems like Sarah Palin is influencing the political situation quite effectively as an outsider.

Dr Emanuel renouncing his previous views proves that Palin wasn't making stuff up.
