To all--Correction, the dividend was moderate, but the Merrill Lynch estimates of earnings are $10.78 for '97, and $13.80 for '98. ML states that pent-up demand for telephone service is huge.

What about thier currency situation? If and when Cardosa gets reelected, we are going to see some serious blood in the streets, a lot worse than Mexico in '94. This is only my opinion and still have my profits in TBR, but my real buying signal will come when they devalue the real.

........i agree.....however, when the stock hits 140-160 i worry about the momentum guys and usually put in a trailing 5-10% downside stop just to avoid getting crushed by traders.
