sweet Koan, you think a lot of your neighbors don't think the same? else why all the ugliness out of CA about gays and about Obama? why the man in Deleware? we are blunt here. yes, you will see it up in your face. but in your face... then you can confront it, and discuss it. people like you who think it is a 'southern thing', while notherners have the power but blacks all over the country still suffer... well, that is simply a lie. lay it out. be honest. I can combat a knife to my throat. I am a lesbian. also I am a woman, which is a dangerous thing to be in Alaska, much less the other states. But I prefer that knife in the open. If 'liberals' really care so much about blacks in Alabama, why is life even worse than it was in the 60's?

Also, Koan... for all your talk of how bad it is for blacks, you dismiss southern whites as a catagory. period. final. you leave no room to talk in such actions. You don't know southerners, and you gloss over the racism of everyone outside of the south. again I ask... what of the man in Deleware? that mean New Englanders are as awful as you think us down here are? What of the people in CA who sent those e-mails? they as bad as us? you are using us, Koan. We do not appreciate it and you will not get anywhere to actually raising blacks up in so doing... in so doing, you are not caring about blacks, but about dissing southern whites. get your priorties straight and re-read your MLK Jr.
