In today's townhall meeting with Pete Stark, I wondered why suddenly a group showed up with signs that said "Believe in Jesus." At first I thought that these folks did not believe in God but believed in Jesus. (These dumb folks are capable of believing anything).

Then someone pointed out that they were carrying those signs because Pete is the only Congressman who is a declared atheist. And we keep electing him. no matter what. Reminds me of Tip O'Neill who did not even bother to debate his opponents. Stark does debate but he always does so by teleconference from DC.
