If that's the case, then what's the problem?

Another problem I have is, how are these newly insured people going to cover their deductible and copay?Somebody gets free insurance, can't make the copay so somebody makes it. I have insurance, a decent pension, and this is a problem for me. I don't cotton to people getting a free ride.

So it is not necessarily true that someone who does not have insurance, will not get health care when needed.
