You do not have to convince me. It is these religious fanatics who try to tell me that if we do not believe in Jesus we not believe in God. What they fail to understand that there are Jesus like prophets/son of God in other religions also. When I was in Jesuit school, the Jesuit fathers respected all religions and we non-Christians saw in Jesus the richness of religious faith and reciprocated the respect for Christianity. There was a lady who once walked up to me and asked me point blank if it did not bother me that I am condemned to goo to hell since I did not believe in Jesus? I had the heartiest laugh and for the lady my thoughts turned to Jesus' words which went something like "God forgive them for they know not what they are doing."
