One more time....I gather your getting ready to go on Medicare. MA programs are those administered by private insurance companies but directly paid for by Medicare. Medicare carefully tracks what's going on and keeps customer and insurance company informed. The insurance company also keeps such records so the patient gets two sets of records. I think you should get your info elsewhere.....I gave you extensive details before and you tried to make a jerk of me. Get lost....it's clear you're confused and I won't help you.
