The idea that they herald this program as a huge success tells you how low they set the bar for performance.

MJ Comment A little basic arithmetic ----------- 315,000 divided by 200 emplyees = 1,550 applications to be processed by an employee 315,000 divided by 1,000 = 315 applications per employee Since the 200 employees can't process the applications the government is doing the old expansion theory-----expand the beauracracy whether temporarily or permanently. Too bad these dealers have to feel this stress and tension----and how about those who replaced the klunkers, are they pleased with what they got by giving up their klunkers----or do they wish they had kept their klunkers?
