Everything I know about this Cash for Clunkers program tells me that it is a plan from Hell designed by Devils who know NOTHING about how the retail automotive industry works.

What? All those Obamaites aren't doing the job? Or is it they don't know which end of the mop to use? Maybe the Auto Dealers and also the Doctors won't be so crazy to vote for such "highly trained" nimcompoops again next election.
