Myron, Thank you! Congrats to you also on you 99er's thread. The merger will not be complete until the first of Nov. On Monday we will have a new company, new chart and....a new valuation. Unfortunatly we have to leave that one up to the market. Allen and Co. is the intermediary on this merger and have already issued an opinion as to the valuation between the two existing company's vs the projected valuation of the two, combined into one. There opinion was that the valuation was fair to all, including existing shareholders. Ken W
