Don't know about Rattner, but the guy who made Rahm $16M, Ed Whitacre, chair of SBC once was appointed head of GM by the Obama adm though he knows "nothing about the car business", sold a SBC subsidiary to an investment group Rahm headed up for $500M which was resold after 6 mos for $1B - Rahms's share about $16M.

If we had a Republican President this would be front page news.
