That's the basic approach to all bills - throw in everything knowing that the most outrageous will be used as negotiating points. Then the GOP can claim victory for preventing the outrageous that would have been taken out anyway.

Anyway you paint this whether it is government run or coops run by the rules of Obama's government this is socialistic.

Would they abolish Medicare and Medicaid------would coops be allowed to utilize Medicare and Medicaid money?

Just another level of beauracracy inserted by Obamacare. He and Sebelius control the system with Coops and with Medicare/Medicaid.

This is obviously their plan B that has been sitting on the burner waiting for the moment to introduce.

Any Republican or blue dog Democrat should be aware that this is simply another way to put the foot in the door of Oamacare.

The solution must be to get the government 100% out of health and medical system-----no controlling Obama Nanny Government.

Sibelius throwing in Plan B has as it's goal to change the debate to get it away from the Central issue of Government Control------of Obamacare----while disguising Obamacare under a different name.

"Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said that government alternative to private health insurance is "not the essential element" of the administration's health care overhaul. The White House would be open to co-ops, she said, a sign that Democrats want a compromise so they can declare a victory."

The rest of Obamacare is unseen much as an iceberg has about two third's of its mass under water.

I'm with you. They don't care what they pass, they'll take us to single payer/socialized medicine no matter what.

I don't know why these Republicans even try to work with such people.
