The only victory will be if they give it the Hillary shaft. When she tried to get her healthcare bill through, there was a little ruckus about it, but nothing like now. Hers got trashed and that's what should happen to this. They should take it in steps. Fix Medicare and Medicaid first. Fix Social Security next. Then use the savings realized out of those programs to design a program modeled after the one that Congress and Federal employees receive. Either take deductions out of paychecks to pay for health insurance or give tax credits to pay for the insurance.
