Agree with you on most points - but tort reform is nothing but a red herring used by the insurance industry to keep the issue from moving forward. They've apparently been successful.

I'd bitch and moan to my Congresswoman, but she would only consider a health care reform bill favored by democrats if it outlawed abortion and subjected abortion doctors/nurses/receptionists to the rack.
