It's Ariel, not Aries. It's a holding company incorporated in Delaware and a legal firm files their SEC forms for them. My GUESS is that it is an individual or perhaps a small group of investors who incorporate for privacy--putting their legal firm in as registered officers. Strictly a privacy thing--and I dont think one can find out more than this. It is not an institution nor a mutual fund. They do, however, own 9.9% of outstanding stock.

Regards,
Gary

Anyone know where this Aries Holding Company is located? I saw the post here on SI. Am trying to find out more about it myself.
