My PaineWebber broker told me that there was rumour Dell was going to miss estimates - this was denied as false later on. I also saw in one of the threads that there was a rumor about a Dell downgrade.

23 to 26% of the company. dell ceo very bullish. maybe he needs
to remain bullish till he sells?
