At the core of the human condition are essential qualities of goodness which bind all of humanity. Personhood is endowed with this condition and we are encouraged across time and circumstance to nurture it. However, there is no good reason to enable the corrupt, to excuse brutality, submit to oppression, or surrender to tyrants. Within our sphere of influence we must resist, stand against, and over come such harmful endeavor.
