I'll consider it if you can get a law passed that allows me to buy other insurance. I'd much prefer to have private insurance over Medicare.

That's an excellent idea...i will forward your request to the WH. Don't expect your money back do you? BTW, do you pay premium? or are you one of these "small business owners" that never take a salary?

You don't have to take Part B and it would be foolish not to take Part A since you have already paid for it.
