right right. its prolly in that top secret GS software. A lot of the oscillators use digital signal processing math (for smoothing out oscillating patterns). So fer instance the standard deviation goes out to three variables (Gausian PDF) instead of one. Several of them publish the results and I havent seen one yet over 45 percent correct as a timing mechanism, even though the chart looks like 99 percent correct in hindsight. stochastic RSI is as good as it gets. 99 percent right is awesome. Its the one percent that'll get ya (with snp futures anyway).
