This closet case was outside the building trying to scare the rest of us and threatening the president. Had he been in WA state, he would have been arrested. Wrong and wrong - Washington is an open carry State and I've spoken to people doing it - they have some pretty interesting stories regarding store managers that have gotten fired for becoming unhinged around them.
