Who the hell is against "options"? The Dems are blowing this from a marketing standpoint... they need to say "The damn Republicans want to limit your options. Options are GREAT, lack of options sucks. Options can be accepted or rejected... no problem. Don't like the public option, pick the private option". Its the Iraq war all over again. Rs create the impression they have the nation behind them [they don't] and the Dems fold. Obama knows better so I am trying to figure out what he's trying to pull. I think he may be giving the impression he's wavering on the public option in order to galvanize the Dems. And if that's his strategy.....its working.
