Any and all coverage will have contract language spelling out the limitations of the coverage. (It can't be any other way.) And, as far as "illegals", none of the proposed measures would extend healthcare coverage to them: Misconceptions about the plan were widespread, however, with 55 percent saying it would give health coverage to illegal immigrants and 45 percent saying it would let the government decide when to stop care for the elderly.
