It sure looks like it. Whether by intent or by design, Obama's hesitation this weekend over this issue has galvanized the Dems. And the Dems who have their act together are stepping up.

Obama is signalling he still wants a government takeover of the healthcare sector.Taking over 1/6th of the economy will give his socialists tremendous power over the country and its people.
