My point, not very well made, is that the liberal dems just need to draft the best program possible and then ram it through. Forget about the Republicans or co-op compromises. That will just create a mess like that desk of crazy ideas I found. That way we have a sound logical foundation and outline to build on. A bunch of co-ops will just be a mess, to be unraveled later, cost a lot of money, and be discarded evnetually when we become a bit more civilized.
