You betchya...as is all of south florida. The county appraisers are pulling all the strings to maintain a high tax base as well. But eventually they will have to include all the distressed sales because they are overwhelming.
They are inching in tax hikes as well and cutting staff at government offices. Still nibbling around the edges though.
