Kenneth, you are trying to make excuses for a lousy plan. The feds dictated jobs to the states...and if the jobs had been split up more, more jobs would have been created. The states were unable to let this work out as they would have because some stupid lawyers in Washington were dictating how it had to be done, instead of leaving it to the states as they should have. This is an example of what was published in another post...they have forgotten in Washington that they represent us instead of rule us... There was plenty of time to have done it right. Your post was ignorant of our sector. Please do not try to bs us here. It won't fly.
