I'm not going to day trade this stock. I'm in because of 1998 prospects. Down 50% from the high in two months is BIG. That's almost support right there! :-) Aloha

Hey Lzzd! I checked your thread just to see if you were having an interesting time. I know Cymer is going to a semi-economics conference soon...next week. Maybe it will have an effect? I have this email from L. Cole, Cymer: Dear Bruce - Thanks for the info. I'm checking on your suggestions with our IR consultants & will get you a response asap. FYI - Cymer is speaking at the AEA Semiconductor Financial Conference next week & the New York Times wrote an article on us in this past Sunday's paper. - Leslie

The only reason CYMI gapped up today was because the market makers wanted to make some easy money on the shares they were holding from the day before. It has closed weak the last two days but it looked like it had a lot of support around 26. I agree with you that it won't make a major move till it is upgraded. It does not matter if we all think CYMI is a great company. What matters the most is when the institutions start buying in. If Datum got upgraded after the beating it took, it is possible that an analyst will upgrade CYMI also based on its low price.
