Just guesses on your part.

The facts remain that we spend more and get less.

How is it that when he considers the data, most of which is hidden, he is "guessing" but when you consider that same data your conclusions are "facts"?

My questioning of the report's ranking of the US as 24th in this area is no more of a guess than your accepting of it.

In fact less so, since I at least provide reasons for some of my doubts.
