Walter; The class action might not stick to Bsr, if they show they did not take part in a fraud. If the shareholder group takes control, they will be able to free up the money regardless of what the class action group says, and they will have at least 5 years before the suit hits Canada and they will not even need to spend on defence, so they can use the money to try and make something out of Bresea for at least a while. Of course if Walsh and other crooks have too many shares they will be able to block this, but this will be against their interests, as outside new managers will be better able to turn it around as only they will get the funds freed.
