Eeek..probably all of that crap is in the cheap wines I drink. I wondered why those Aussie wines all taste the same.

May be the organic guys are the way to go.

Thanks for posting that Thomas, it's nice to see this information hitting the main stream. At least, I guess the Daily Beast counts as mainstream these days. My daughter certainly thinks so.

For anyone who found that article somewhat disturbing, I'll beat one of my favorite drums. The Loire produces many outstanding wines in the $10-15 range which are free of all that crap.
