I am not talking about a myth I am saying a private insurers should be required to cover all legal citizens.

If there was a level playing field the costs would be shared across all premium payers.

The government would have to figure out how to provide incentives and program guidelines like out of pocket expenses.

So how do 10,000,000 illegals get covered? Who is paying for them now?
