Hi Hal, I think you can go to their Web site to look at the financial info in details. www.nationalhealthcare.com. Their accountant is A.Andersen.This fact gives me comfort that it is unlikely (although not impossible) for them to have some "hanky-panky" with the numbers. They are a young company that has been aggressively acquiring assets (an impressive fact in itself for a young company and the right business strategy at this time in my opinion) soI don't expect it to show bottom-line profit at this time. The important issue at this point in their development is top line growth, which they are showing. I feel the bottom line profits will come soon, if future revenue growth rate continues to be as impressive as previous rates.
