He's just another nut out there. He lives in Golden Valley, a suburb of Kingman, AZ. The day after IPM's AGM he was out in the street near IPM's office handing out phony newspaper articles about IPM. The newspaper was supposed to have been a local Phoenix one. About 2 months ago he pulled the same crap using the 'Kingman Miner.' The editor of the paper got wind of it and told Bernie he'd put him in jail if he did it again. His problem with IPM has something to do with Billy Allred, IPM's CFO. Allred doesn't know what it's all about but Bernie has been harrassing him for years.
