Banks have more than you can imagine. They can also operate while insolvent, if nobody knows... Over the past year insolvency was cleaned up at money center banks through MBS monetization and Goverment guarantees. The problem is, the government is insolvent, which is normally the cause of the government bond crash and the currency crash. But according to Mish that problem does not exist, so, don't worry, be happy, keep ur cash in T-bonds and the dollar. Deflation will take care of everything when the government defaults like CA.
