Addi, I wish I had the guts to buy more at these levels, but this madness in the markets the past few days has got me scared. While I was watching the HK market earlier tonight (thanks for the Yahoo! link) it seemed once to be moving about 100 points a minute. Also, I was looking back through my records and realized that as recently as April of this year, SUNW could be bought below 27 (I actually bought a block for precisely 27 on 4/1). I had forgotten that prices had dropped that low; that they did suggests to me that they could hit those levels again. I'm reserving some funds to buy if they do.

I'm not convinced the madness is over. It has nothing to do with Sun's prospects, but rather is largely the expression of raw emotion (mostly fear, with some greed thrown in). Margin calls and other pressures are mixed in, too.

JMHO. Not intended as investment advice.

Addi:

Some posters including yourself sometimes end with a disclaimer saying they are stating their opinion and not offering investment advice. Hope this doesn't sound impertinent but why do you do that? Is it that you are simply being modest, or is there a legal risk of liability that concerns you? I can't imagine how it could be the latter but thought I'd ask.
