Maybe he is like a lot of fellow Americans...he thinks he will beat it and does not want to give up but still thinks end of life planning is wise and sensible!

Why don't you fukking shut up? The man is dying. He's trying to keep his committment to health care reform. Does living in the country make people dull and insensitive? It sure looks that way.
