John; They get a largish pool of new and younger customers. Okay, that works I guess - but doesn't that then mean the government gets all us old farts? And that saves money how? the stipends are supposed to take care of this. But many living beyond their means are on the brink of financial crashing now - that doesn't mean they are poor. So what will you do? Take away their house? Not sure what the answer is....maybe a catastrophic insurance demand? If it ends up like the auto insurance it becomes a big joke. You buy the cheapest coverage from the cheapest provider and good luck trying to collect. steve
