Wonder how an "independent panel" "outside the normal political channels" would assess his QALY? I'd bet they'd decide its past time to cut our losses on Ted. Congressmen and Senators aren't covered by health care reform. Our death panels will only apply to Republicans. And after you die we're going to confiscate ALL your wealth and distribute it to inner city blacks. And BTW Obama is NOT ONLY an illegal alien he is an ACTUAL ALIEN FROM ANOTHER PLANET! Thus the funny ears (making it irrefutable).
