am figuring on starting 'noahs ark industrial real estate redevelopment wagering corporation' to position for the goodness that must eventually be for earlier generation hk real estate now that we are well in the post industrial phase of we-think-they-make-we-market economic development, and are about to enter the they-think-we-finance-they-make-we-wager period. the enterprise plan to position in troppo industrial buildings and collect rent, finance via sale & lease back structures enabled by iron-clad hk legal contract and backed by solid as any other economy near and far and add value by and by, somehow or other until payoff day, when troppo of area is washed away, and china cash floods in, and ... oh ... yes ... people do not think 200 mil can do, but 1-3 would do well enough especially if rmb should revalue upward by 100%, and hk$ breaks faith with us$ and re-couple to rmb ok. the plan is taking shape in my mind. i see it. the script sounds right.
