Anyone following this situation at the Crown Jewel in northern Washington? Last I heard it was still in legal wrangles with the USFS. Anyone know if the appeal has been heard and what the outcome is? Thanks, Dale

BMG acted great on Friday, technically. Refused to go down with the rest of the metal stocks. I bought some as part of my recent plan to start easing into the PM's. Also bought HL at $4 15/16 on the earlier drop. That also acted well today by not making a new low as most other producers did. May be early, but accumulating with the stocks at these levels will be a long term winner I'm convinced. I'm looking for domestically based companies so that I can follow the insider buying and selling transactions. I also prefer little or no hedging and financials that are passable. BMG and HL had the best insider profiles while meeting the other qualifiers. I'm interested in hearing what anyone what else has to say. Dwight
