seriously, do your own dd. here's some tips.

1. buy low. get companies with low pes to future potential. get companies with temporary problems. i look for eps disappointments, learn the story, see if it is temporary and, if so, wait for a nice cheap entry point.

2. know the story behind the stock. only then will you know when it is time to sell.

3. time diversify when buying and selling. mike burke has popularized the 1/3 approach. if your risk tolerance is less then buy in 1/4 or 1/5 increments.

4. company diversify. especially in biotechs.
