I'd be OK living 4 months longer in a system like the UK has.

I also think that we need to incentivize health and discourage sloth. The other area where dollars are just wasted is in unncessary end of life care. Having discussions about end of life care should be part of care. Most people don't want "everything to be done", but that's the de facto position if such a discussion hasn't been done.

My main beef with the public option floated is that it doesn't reward those care for their health.
