In any health care proposal, how important do you feel it is to give people a choice of both a public plan administered by the federal government and a private plan for their health insurance

77% Very/Quite important
22% Not that/Not at all important

You boob, just who do you think that moveon.org polled to get these numbers, regular Americans? or only moveon.org members? Every national poll seems to be at odds with this.....

That isn't a poll. That is a bunch of individual ideas, statements, strung together to convince the person being polled that they should favor the writers concept.

This is Obamacare for sure.

The fact is that insurance companies don't need Obamacare to be required to insure people with pre-existing conditions.

One simple piece of legislation could require that-----such as happened state by state requiring the Life Insurance Insurers to inform applicants of the results of the medical tests they were ask to do for qualifying for Life Insurance.

Now life insurance companies simply insure without medical tests for the most part.

The government is a large part of the reason that medical costs have escalated.

Each time the government creates a new regulation----a new department gets created------more people sit at computers ruining their health in government cubicles (government sweat shops-------all for what?)

That is socialism.

The falling support for socialized medicine is because former supporters know that their taxes must be increased too...

People fooled during the campaign are now learning that the numbers do not add up and that the irresponsible and out of control spending will have to be paid for by the middle class too...
