You may want to take a look at NCTI 1 3/4-- news on yahoo this am..People
have mentioned it on AOL chat rooms.. Has not gone up yet today, I got in 10 minutes before close...Regine, (see! I still "watch" you)

There is also Loch, volume up but someone told me there is a possibility of reverse split 20 to 1 ??? stock went up now .22
