Very true and if Obama signs a tax increase on the middle class while the country is still in recession, he won't stand a chance of being reelected.

I guess you haven't learned Obamamath. Your supposed to count the results your aiming for and just ignore all the negative effects (or blame them on others if you can't pretend they don't exist)

Sell X extra cars? Wow you've added X*the price of the cars to the economy.

Perverse incentives? What perverse incentives? Value of the cars destroyed? They don't count because I don't like those cars. Lost sales in other areas, or lost future car sales? I don't see any. Deficit? Its all Bush's fault, besides big government is good for the economy...
