True. However, reflation dynamics involves
soaring asset prices. Thus, everyone is
flush with cash, all of a sudden, including
the government that reaps the benefits of
declining spreads and asset purchases at
firesale prices. Somewhat similar to bubble
dynamics. However, if systemic leverage declines
as a result, then it isn't. And inflation goes up.
