It is an insult if one is not a brownshirt. That marine does not consider himself one. I gather people who work for ACORN do not consider themselves brownshirts. Otherwise they would call themselves that. I would be fine calling myself one. but only because I like brown. it is rather like being called queer as an 'insult'. doesn't work with me. if someone thought I was a facist, they would need to be more specific than to pull out a reference to 1930's Germany.
