I think it does cut it-------Bush remained strong in the face of adversity. And, that is precisely what the people of New York and Washington D.C. did. It was quite a scramble. If Bush had been told Russia had released all their nukes, I assure you that we would have already launched ours. Isn't there such a thing as a button that even the President does not control----seem to recall there is------little red phones, hot lines----no doubt hot internet links now. If so, we don't have to rely on Mr. Obama to be awake and off of his lobster tours such as he just took in Montana to have the courage to give the signal. Hopefully that would take Obama who wants to reduce America's nuclear capabilities just as other nations are building theirs out of the decision making loop in case of an attack. This nation is bigger than one man even if he claims to be POTUS. Is he ever going to produce that 'original birth certificate"? mj
